Careth Flash, Senior Warden
Careth Woodstock Flash is an educator and mixed media artist. She is an advocate for using art as a vehicle for social awareness and change, and currently organizes groups of high school students who use their artistic talents to perform various community service projects. Careth is a founding member of Soroptimist International Indy Metro and chairs the dream it be It workshops for young women. Careth is a former Senior Warden, and is currently president of the St.Philips Women’s guild. Careth is married and has one daughter.

Valeria Phillips, Treasurer
Valeria is a lifelong Episcopalian who moved to Indianapolis in 1987 and became a member of St. Philip’s Episcopal Church. Valeria is currently retired and is a member of the Union of Black Episcopalians (UBE), an alum of Sacred Ground, lector, and choir member. When time allows, she enjoys travel, movies, books, and playing the flute.

Gail Dent
Gail has lived in Indianapolis and attended St. Philip’s since 2001. She is a PR/communications professional who enjoys sharing stories and platforming voices that rarely get heard. She is a former senior warden at St. Philip’s and has done one past service stint with the St. Philip’s vestry. She enjoys beach life (coastal), warm temperatures, cook outs, art festivals, community service, riding horses, and watching or attending sporting events.
